Roca's exciting new exhibition explores the challenges and innovative solutions for small live-and-work spaces in the city, featuring content from Royal Ballet Principal, William Bracewell, Proctor & Shaw, Intervention Architecture, Satoko Shinohara, Takeshi Hosaka, the Kuma Lab, Gary Chang, JCPCDR architecture, Paola Bagna, White Arkitekter, nArchitects, Studio Noju and Colin Chee of YouTube’s Never Too Small. New Ways of Working

Today we find ourselves questioning many of our previous assumptions about where, when and how we work. Although workplaces have always been influenced by economic, social and cultural factors, the rapid developments in technology and the recent experiences of the pandemic have provoked a profound exploration of how their design must adapt to the new concepts that are evolving, which encourage collaboration, flexibility and well-being. As we move from the idea of traditional offices and rigid schedules, what will be the impact on how our homes, cities and communities are organized? How will the new technologies affect the design and construction processes?
